This page explains the best way to get help and what information to include for fast troubleshooting.

Discord Support

Discord is the fastest support channel. If you need install help, config guidance, or quick troubleshooting, use Discord and include the checklist below.

Include this every time
  • Plugin name + version
  • Server version (Paper/Spigot + MC version)
  • Full stacktrace or relevant log excerpt
  • Relevant config file(s)
  • Expected behavior vs actual behavior

GitHub

GitHub is primarily used for updates, changelogs, and development tracking. If contributions are enabled on a repository, you can submit PRs and improvements there.

Not Supported

  • Modified/decompiled plugin jars
  • Offline/cracked servers
  • Third-party forks without approval

Premium License Notes

Premium plugins use license enforcement. If a license is missing or invalid, premium-only features will be disabled safely. Console logs will show what to fix.
