License Agreement

This License Agreement governs your use of products purchased from FlxN Distributions.

1. License Grant

Subject to compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the product for your Minecraft server operations.

2. Restrictions

You may not redistribute, sell, sublicense, share, or publish the product or license key. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass licensing or security controls.

3. Ownership

We retain all right, title, and interest in the product and related intellectual property. This Agreement grants a license, not a sale.

4. Termination

We may terminate this license if you breach this Agreement, including redistribution or chargeback abuse. Upon termination, you must stop using the product and delete copies.

5. Updates

Updates may be provided at our discretion, unless a product listing states otherwise. Update access may be subject to active license validation.
