Effective date: 2026-01-01. These Terms govern purchases and use of digital products offered by FlxN Distributions (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1. Digital Products & Delivery

Purchases are for digital goods (plugins/mods) delivered via license key and download link. Delivery is typically immediate after payment confirmation. Download links may be single-use and time-limited for security.

2. License Keys

Each purchase includes a license key. Your use is governed by our License Agreement. You are responsible for safeguarding your key and ensuring it is not shared or resold.

3. Refunds

Because digital goods are delivered instantly, refunds are limited. If a product is materially defective and we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time, we may issue a refund at our discretion. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in license termination.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not redistribute, leak, resell, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass licensing/security. You may not upload our products to public download sites or otherwise make them available to third parties.

5. Updates & Support

Updates and support are provided as described on the product page and may change over time. We may suspend or discontinue products if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

6. Disclaimer

Products are provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for third-party services (e.g., hosting providers, payment processors, Minecraft servers).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product in the preceding 30 days.
